ECoR installs 600-km of fences along railway tracks

East Coast Railway is installing 3,092 km of fencing to boost passenger and operational safety, aiming to curb trespassing and reduce accidents involving humans and cattle. Nearly 600 km is complete, prioritizing vulnerable areas. This initiative will mitigate delays, improve punctuality, and potentially allow for increased train speeds up to 130 km/h.
