IIT Bhubaneswar student dies after ‘falling’ from hostel’s 6th floor

A 32-year-old PhD scholar from IIT Bhubaneswar, Tanikonda Nishant Kumar, died after allegedly falling from the sixth floor of his hostel on Saturday. Preliminary inquiries by the police do not suggest foul play. Kumar was a native of Andhra Pradesh and was researching in the electrical engineering department.
