Washington Wizards celebrate NBA Draft Lottery victory after finishing with the league's worst record

One of the NBA's bottom feeders got some sorely needed good news on Sunday by winning the draft lottery and getting the first pick in next month's draft at Brooklyn's Barclays Center.
