Fluidra and European Aquatics launch major push to upgrade pools and bring swimming to underserved communities

European Aquatics and Fluidra are joining forces to modernize Europe’s aging pool infrastructure and expand access to swimming education across the continent.

The partnership introduces two flagship programs targeting key sector challenges: outdated facilities and unequal access to swimming. Today, more than 24,000 public pools across Europe are considered obsolete, raising concerns around safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
