Rebel Republican projected to survive primary after being labeled 'America Last' by Trump

Several Indiana Republicans who defied Trump's redistricting push may lose their primaries Tuesday night as the president's revenge campaign claims its first scalps — but at least one was projected to hold on.

State Sen. Greg Goode, a conservative Republican and one of the more outspoken lawmakers against the plan to delete two Democratic seats, has been re-nominated for District 38, defeating his Trump-backed challenger, Vigo County Commissioner Brenda Wilson, according to The New York Times and NBC News.
