Cops track down IAS officer’s home burgler

Bhubaneswar police have arrested Rabindra Naik, a habitual burglar, for allegedly stealing cash and jewellery from the residence of senior IAS officer Bishnupada Sethi. The accused scaled the boundary wall of Sethi's quarters in the early hours of May 1, making off with a diamond ring and cash. Police have recovered only a few hundred rupees from Naik.
