Embezzlement case: Branch manager of KCC bank forwarded to court

A branch manager of KCC Bank in Malkangiri, Sudhansu Khora, has been arrested for allegedly embezzling over Rs 1 crore in government funds. The funds were reportedly siphoned off from crop loan repayments and new loan disbursements to farmers. Vigilance officials are investigating the financial trail and the involvement of others in the fraud.
