Bruno Fernandes names one Man United star who INEOS “could not afford to lose”

Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes has passionately endorsed a major decision taken by INEOS.

The Red Devils have secured the future of Kobbie Mainoo, tying the midfield prodigy down to a long-term deal until 2031.

Fernandes believes the move was absolutely essential, insisting Mainoo is far too special a talent to even consider losing.

He told Sky Sports: “He has always been professional during the period when he was playing less. We have nothing to say about that.
