Mumbai property market hits new record with best-ever April performance

Mumbai's property market has achieved a record-breaking April. Over 14,160 property registrations were recorded, generating more than Rs 1,143 crore in stamp duty revenue. This performance highlights resilient end-user demand. Registrations rose 8.2% year-on-year. Revenue collections saw 3.3% growth.
