Nirmala Sitharaman inaugurates Gems and Jewellery Institute campus in Udupi

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman inaugurated the Indian Institute of Gems and Jewellery in Udupi. The centre provides professional training and promotes entrepreneurship among youth. It has grown steadily since 2016, offering industry-relevant skills. The minister also witnessed an MoU signing for lab-grown diamond technologies.
