Now NAAC-graded govt & aided institutes can open self-financing courses: Higher education department

Government and aided colleges with NAAC accreditation will now receive priority for opening self-financing courses under public-private partnerships. This new SOP aims to enhance academic quality and access to industry-relevant programs, expanding eligibility beyond autonomous institutions. Private agencies will be selected through a competitive process, ensuring student interests are protected.
