Two western disturbances likely to affect northwest India within a week: IMD

Northwest India braces for two western disturbances this week. Peak activity is expected Friday, Saturday, and Tuesday. Hailstorms are likely across the region. Isolated heavy rainfall may drench the Kashmir Valley on Friday and Saturday. Central and Peninsular India will also see rain with thunderstorms until April 7. Day temperatures are forecast to remain below or near normal nationwide.
