Pete Hegseth asks Army Chief of Staff to resign: report

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has reportedly pushed Army Chief of Staff Gen. Randy George to resign.

Jennifer Jacobs of CBS News first reported that Hegseth had asked George to take early retirement.

The news came just hours after President Donald Trump confirmed the firing of Attorney General Pam Bondi.
