Snowboarder Rescued By Helicopter in Oregon

One woman was rescued at the base of Broken Top Mountain in Oregon after she suffered an injury, the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office has reported.

Search and rescue received a call at 2:40 p.m. on March 30, 2026 that an injured snowboarder was on steep, snow-covered terrain in the upper third of the Tam McArthur Rim at about 7,350’ of elevation.
