US-based gut expert Dr Pal reveals surprising facts: Are soya chunks really as protein-rich as chicken?

US-based certified gastroenterologist Dr Palaniappan Manickam in an Instagram video revealed that soya chunks may be better than chicken in terms of protein if we compare gram by gram and in some cases better than that. He also stated that soya chunks can be consumed by people battling thyroid provided they keep a gap of few hours between medicines and soya. Dr Pal also said that soy chunks do not mess with people's hormones rather helps women who are in their menopause phase.
