Legendary U.S. Weatherman Warns 'Severe' Storms Are Coming This Week

Severe weather is on the docket for large areas of the United States from tonight through the weekend, according to forecasters.

Legendary meteorologist Jim Cantore broke down the forecast on X/Twitter Tuesday morning.

"Expect SEVERE storms every day this week into the weekend. Chicago will have another threat today and Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The later we get into the week the more potent the atmospherics for SEVERE. Expect SPC outlooks for Friday and Saturday perhaps as early as today," Cantore said.
