Jim Nill inks 2-year contract to remain Stars GM

Dallas Stars general manager Jim Nill signed a two-year contract on Tuesday to remain with the team.

A recipient of the Jim Gregory General Manager of the Year Award in each of the past three seasons, Nill is now under contract with the Stars through the 2027-28 season.

Nill, 67, has served as Dallas' general manager since 2013. The Stars reached the Stanley Cup Final in 2020 and the Western Conference finals in each of the last three seasons.
