Telangana relied on RBI borrowings for most of FY25: CAG report

Telangana's finances in 2024-25 saw extensive use of RBI's Special Drawing Facility and Ways and Means Advances. The state government borrowed Rs 27,730 crore via SDF and Rs 64,188 crore through WMA.
