6 Israeli soldiers wounded in south Lebanon as fighting intensifies
Israel’s military said six soldiers were wounded in separate incidents in southern Lebanon on Sunday, as cross-border fighting with Hezbollah continued to intensify along the northern front.
The military said three soldiers were seriously wounded and three others moderately hurt in incidents that included a drone strike, an anti-tank missile attack and what it described as an operational incident. The attacks reflected Hezbollah’s continued ability to hit Israeli forces despite weeks of heavy bombardment.
