Mallikarjun Kharge unveils five gurantees for Assam

The Assam Congress has announced five key guarantees. These include ₹50,000 monthly financial aid for women's entrepreneurship. Every family will receive cashless health insurance worth ₹25 lakh. Permanent land pattas will be provided to 10 lakh indigenous people. Justice in the Zubeen Garg case is also promised within 100 days. These promises were made after consulting the public.
