2 Chinese accused of terror IED attack on U.S. base
Two Chinese siblings, a brother and a sister, are accused of planting an Improvised Explosive Device outside of MacDill Air Force Base in Florida.
A RAIR Foundation report said the two then fled to China, but she returned and was apprehended.
An IED was placed at MacDill Air Force Base – home to CENTCOM and U.S. Special Operations Command.
