West Bengal polls: 12 lakh added to rolls; clarity still missing

West Bengal's second supplementary voters' list is out. Uncertainty remains about judicial clearance for almost 12 lakh names. The Election Commission is processing pending cases. An updated list is available online and offline. Those excluded can appeal within 15 days. Another list is expected April 3.
