Pam Bondi may have exposed Trump by releasing Jack Smith's memo
Attorney General Pam Bondi inadvertently released a 2023 Jack Smith memo establishing President Donald Trump possessed classified documents pertinent to his business interests, according to Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD).
The memo argued, "establishing a motive for retaining them."
Raskin characterized the release as accidental, quipping that the Justice Department, "only tells the truth by accident."
The disclosed evidence suggests Trump took documents so sensitive that only six government officials had access.
