Tottenham willing to pay £4m over market price to land Belgium international call-up

Tottenham Hotspur are ready to pay a premium to land a teenage midfield starlet who has now received an international call-up for the first time.

The Spurs midfield department is not short of young talent, with big things expected off both Lucas Bergvall and Archie Gray, and they could soon be joined by another young starlet.
