Recognizing resilience, strength during Cerebral Palsy Awareness Month

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Cerebral palsy is the most common lifelong physical disability in the world. Over 1 million Americans have been diagnosed, and new reports state that upwards of 50 million people across the globe also have the condition.
