Limassol exhibition looks at the rise of the sun

Young Cypriot artist Danae Patsalou presents her second solo exhibition at The Edit Gallery in Limassol this spring with a body of work which is titled The Rise of the Sun, the Fall of Time. Now on display until May 2, the exhibited pieces reflect on time, memory and renewal through the parallel imagery of sunrise and archaeological discovery.

Through a series of paintings and drawings, the exhibition explores moments of revelation in which what was once hidden gradually comes into view.
