Jharkhand govt to soon recruit over 1,200 doctors: Health Minister

Jharkhand is set to recruit over 1,200 doctors soon to boost healthcare services. The state will also engage an external agency to manage blood supply. CT scan and MRI facilities will be installed in all medical colleges and district hospitals. Efforts are underway to conduct tests for sickle cell anaemia and thalassemia. Jharkhand aims to eliminate tuberculosis by 2029.
