Iran Warns on Strait of Hormuz in Talks with South Korea

Abbas Araghchi held a telephone call with Cho Hyun to discuss bilateral relations and the ongoing conflict involving Iran.

According to Iran’s foreign ministry, Cho expressed condolences to the Iranian people and raised concerns about the impact of US and Israeli attacks on Iran, particularly their effect on the global economy.

Araghchi said the current instability in the region, including rising tensions in the Strait of Hormuz, is a direct result of military actions by the United States and Israel.
