Trump ties DHS funding deal to approval of voter bill

President Donald Trump is linking Department of Homeland Security funding to a new voter identification bill. Republicans are urged not to agree to any deal until Democrats pass the Save America Act. This bill requires proof of U.S. citizenship for voter registration. The President also wants transgender sports bans and mail-in ballot restrictions included.
