Mexican National without “Any US Identifying Documents” Charged with Attempted Murder – Strangles Utah Woman, Then Repeatedly Slashes Her Throat
A Mexican national who lacked “any identifying documents” was arrested and charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault of a woman in Utah.
The violent attack took place in Salt Lake County by 30-year-old Jesus Alejandro Ramirez-Padilla. He told authorities that he had “thoughts of killing someone” prior to strangling a woman in an alley. He then slashed her throat numerous times.
