Blue Island board schedule meeting to approve annual results

The Board of Directors of Blue Island PLC will convene on April 28, 2026, at the company’s registered office to approve the final financial results for the previous year and discuss a potential dividend.

The meeting is scheduled to take place at 11:00 at the firm’s central premises located at 10 Polyfimou Street in the Strovolos Industrial Area.

One of the primary objectives of the session is to examine and approve the final audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025.
