DJB allows provisional NOC with 25% IFC payment

Delhi Jal Board has approved a significant reform for infrastructure charges. Property owners and developers can now get a provisional no objection certificate by paying just 25% of the applicable charges. The remaining amount can be paid later. This move is expected to unlock thousands of stalled projects across the capital. The decision follows representations over sharp increases in charges.
