Delhi HC allows NEET-PG candidates to join SPMD counselling, says non-joining of stray vacancy seat not a bar

The Delhi High Court ruled that candidates who did not join NEET-PG 2025 Stray Vacancy Round seats are not ineligible for Sponsored Post MBBS DNB counselling. The court clarified that mere allotment does not constitute "pursuing" a course, allowing petitioners to participate after forfeiting their security deposit.
