Odisha plans to become drugs free by March 2029: DGP

Odisha police have launched a three-year special drive to eradicate ganja cultivation by March 2029, targeting the drug trade in previously Naxal-affected regions. With a significant decline in insurgent activities, authorities are now able to access and destroy cultivation areas, aiming to make the state drug-free.
