EOW arrests C’garh bizman for Rs 9.56cr bank fraud

Authorities apprehended a Chhattisgarh businessman, Brajesh Mishra, in connection with a massive Rs 9.56 crore bank fraud. The Economic Offences Wing revealed cloned cheques were used to siphon funds from a Mayurbhanj trust account. Mishra's firms allegedly received a significant portion of the illicit money, with investigators now pursuing a wider inter-state syndicate.
