PhysicsWallah expands into the student hostel segment

PhysicsWallah has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, PhysicsWallah Student Housing Private Limited, approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. This comes as offline enrolments grew 36% YoY to 4.1 lakh in the December 2025 quarter. The company also approved the acquisition of Nextseed Foundation for Rs 1,00,000.
