Not for spy agencies to determine what is, and is not, imminent threat: Tulsi Gabbard

US intelligence chief Tulsi Gabbard stated spy agencies do not determine imminent threats. Her prepared remarks indicated Iran had not rebuilt nuclear enrichment capabilities after US strikes. However, during testimony, she suggested Iran was recovering from damage and refusing IAEA access. Gabbard praised ongoing US military operations against Iran.
