Nazara Technologies to acquire 50% stake in Spain-based Bluetile, BestPlay for $100 million

Gaming firm Nazara Technologies will acquire a 50% controlling stake in Spain’s Bluetile Games and BestPlay Systems for $100.3 million (Rs 918 crore), its largest deal yet. The move will be done via Nazara Technologies UK. The transaction also includes performance-linked earnouts of up to $98.2 million, contingent on achieving revenue and profitability targets between 2027 and 2029.
