Weaver Services raises Rs 1,450 crore in rounds led by Premji Invest and Lightspeed

Weaver Services has secured Rs 1,450 crore in a two-tranche capital raise, the largest in India's affordable housing finance segment recently. This funding will facilitate Weaver's acquisition of a controlling stake in Centrum Housing Finance Limited (CHFL) and its remaining stake from Morgan Stanley.
