Real estate AI platform VerbaFlo raises $7 million from Pi Labs, Haatch, Navigate Ventures

VerbaFlo raised $7 million led by Pi Labs with investors Haatch, Navigate Ventures, Old College Capital and family offices, taking total funding to $9 million. Faisal Butt, founder and managing partner at Pi Labs, said the platform's impact is immediate and can deliver operational benefits, including faster leasing, lower operational friction, and improved resident experience.
