Gurgaon horror: DU student raped at birthday party; accused arrested

A 29-year-old Delhi resident, Divyam, has been arrested for allegedly raping a 19-year-old Delhi University student at a birthday party in Gurgaon. Police report the accused, under the influence of alcohol, sexually assaulted the intoxicated victim in a secluded area of the flat. The survivor alerted a friend, and the accused fled before police were notified.
