14 arrested for holding iftar party on boat in Varanasi, disposing of biryani waste in Ganga

Fourteen Muslim youths were arrested in Varanasi for allegedly defiling the Ganga river and hurting religious sentiments. A viral video showed them holding an iftar party on a boat and disposing of chicken biryani waste into the river. The arrests followed a complaint by a BJP Yuva Morcha leader.
