Timberwolves star Anthony Edwards (knee) out at least 1 week
The Minnesota Timberwolves will be without All-Star guard Anthony Edwards for at least one week because of right knee inflammation, the team announced on Tuesday afternoon.
The Timberwolves said an MRI revealed the injury and that he will be re-evaluated in one to two weeks.
Edwards, third in the league in scoring at a career-high 29.5 points per game, already was designated as out due to knee soreness for Tuesday's home game against the Phoenix Suns.
