Chatra residents can report defunct hand pumps through online portal

Chatra district administration has launched an online portal, Loksetu Chatra, to address defunct hand pumps, aiming to prevent water shortages this summer. Residents can now report issues and track repairs digitally, eliminating the need to visit government offices. Deputy Commissioner Kirtishiree G emphasized prompt resolution and quality repairs to ensure uninterrupted water supply for all.
