Cops blocked 40k mule a/cs in month-long drive: DGP

Odisha police have successfully disrupted cyber fraud networks. A month-long operation, Cyber Kavach, blocked almost 40,000 mule accounts. These accounts were used to funnel over Rs 500 crore in illicit funds. The crackdown also led to arrests and the identification of fake SIM operating points. Police warn that actions will continue against those involved in facilitating cybercrime.
