Pistons C Isaiah Stewart (calf) out at least a week

Detroit Pistons center Isaiah Stewart will be sidelined for at least a week with a Grade 1 left calf strain, the team confirmed Tuesday.

Stewart, 24, sustained the injury during last Friday in a win against the Memphis Grizzlies and did not play Sunday in a loss to the Toronto Raptors.

The timeline means Stewart could miss at least the next four games for the Eastern Conference-leading Pistons (48-19): road games Tuesday and Thursday against the Washington Wizards and home games Friday...
