AG James joins lawmakers behind the pushback on surveillance pricing

New York Attorney General Letitia James has proposed the One Fair Price Package, which includes two bills designed to make it illegal for companies to use consumer data to set individualized prices, and would allow both the Attorney General's office and victimized consumers to sue companies that use surveillance pricing.
