Israeli forces kill four Palestinians in West Bank, Palestinian health authorities say

Israeli forces killed four Palestinians, a mother, father, and two children, in the occupied West Bank. Another Palestinian was killed by settlers. Rights groups report settlers are attacking Palestinians amid movement curbs. At least five Palestinians have been killed by settlers since February 28.
