Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo out with ankle sprain

Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo has been ruled out of Saturday's game against the host Atlanta Hawks with a left ankle sprain.

It will mark his 31st missed game of the season.

Antetokounmpo returned March 2 from a right calf strain that caused him to miss 15 games, but he has not played in back-to-back games since.
