Centre has not provided share of taxes & grants of 13,000cr: Min

Jharkhand's Finance Minister has pointed fingers at the central government for a monumental tax and grant shortfall of Rs 13,000 crore, resulting in a concerning 81% revenue collection rate in the state. Compounding this issue, delays in the Nal Jal Yojna have been linked to insufficient funding from the Centre.
